Reservations policy

Please retain your accommodation request to our on-line Reservation Form.
We will inform you in writing on the accommodation and date availability of your requests.

Payments policy

All payments must be in euro currency.
Payments can be made by bank transfer. We also accept credit cards via Paypal.

A 30% deposit of the total value must be made in order to consider a reservation definite. The remaining balance is to be paid 30 days prior to arrival date.
If a booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations policy

In the event that a reservation must be cancelled, notification must be made in writing by either email or fax 30 days before arrival date.
Deposit will be returned minus transfer costs.
